BUTTON ussualy called as PIN Button or badge or bross is a product that ussualy use for promo material, diacritic, women accesories and also for private collection. And event that ussually use this product:promotion activity, birthday party, wedding party, Organization meeting, etc.

Moulding

Moulding used for press front and back cover of PIN Button material. Moulding made of steel and consist of 3 part: upper die, crimp die and pickup die. To make different size or shape of PIN Button we need to have different moulding type.

Press Machine

Press machine is used to attach moulding and we use this machine to push the moulding.For circle PIN Button except for size 140mm, some of press machine can be used for some moulding size so when we want to make the different size we only need to change the moulding, not for the machine. For moulding 140mm need larger press machine

And special for Oval and square PIN Button we need different press machine that only can use for oval and square moulding.

PIN Button Material

PIN Button material consist of 5 materials: Pin, back cover, front cover, Paper, Plastic cover.
Back and front cover are basic material where other material will be attached. Some product use plastic for back cover and some other use zinc. but for front cover all product use zinc.

Pin is material used to attached Button

Paper is media that we use to print our design. We can use any other media such as art or photo paper instead of paper.

Plastic cover is use to cover our design. Instead of plastic, We can use trasparant sticker as the cover. Note, recomended to use transparant sticker because it will make your PIN Button more beutifull and artistic.
