Photo Pin Button: How to Make it ?

BUTTON ussualy called as PIN Button or badge or bross is a product that ussualy use for promo material, diacritic, women accesories and also for private collection. And event that ussually use this product:promotion activity, birthday party, wedding party, Organization meeting, etc.

It is Pin Button material:
- Plastic Cover
- Printed Design
- Zinc
- Back Cover
- Pin (Attached to Back cover)



Steps to Make Pin Button:

1. Put Zinc on the left moulding






2. Put printed design vertical on the zinc





3. Turn the printed design 30 degree clocl wise

4. Put Plastic cover on printed design




5. Move the left moulding to center below the top moulding






6. Push handle machine down to press zinc, printed design & plastic cover. After you push the handle, the material will be attached to top moulding.







7. Put Back Cover on the right moulding



8. Move right moulding to center below the top moulding






9. Push handle machine down to press all material to be a single part.









10. Done
